Our coaches...

are all thoroughly-experienced, highly-qualified, and suitably-insured for their work with you.

We have a core team of eight coaches who are available to work with organisations across the UK and internationally. Each coach has their special area of expertise and their own private consultancy, though for the purposes of this site we commission them to work through Momentum Associates.

Rob Watling | Director,  Momentum Associates.
Rob specialises in 1:1 coaching with leaders in the public and voluntary sector. He particularly enjoys working with people who want to meet the objectives of their organisation at the same time as they address their own strengths and development.

Rob has been an Executive Coach since 2004 and a Coach Supervisor since 2010. He is accredited by Ashridge Hult, has a PhD in Education, an MSc in Executive Coaching and a PostGraduate Certificate in Coach Supervision.



Preeta Cooley
| Director, De Novo Performance.
Preeta enjoys coaching leaders at all stages of their professional development. Using experience gained as the only woman on an all-male board, she relishes enabling women to accelerate their learning and their impact at work. Being of mixed heritage she brings sensitivity and compassion to diversity issues. 

Preeta is accredited as an Executive Coach with Ashridge Hult, and through EMCC. She joined Momentum in 2020 to support our public sector clients, particularly in the NHS and in Universities.



Jacqui Hazell
| Director, Mentora.
Jacqui has a particular talent for helping leaders to examine the behaviours and underlying mind-sets which help and hinder their effectiveness. She is committed to supporting sustained growth with individuals, teams and whole organisations.

Jacqui is an Ashridge accredited coach, Fellow of the CIPD, and has an MSc in Executive Coaching. She is certified to use a wide range of assessment methods including MBTI, Hogan, and Human Synergistic Leadership Insight tools.


Rob Kemp | Leadership Coach
Rob works as a coach to add value, to support learning, and to be a catalyst for positive change. He works carefully with his clients to find the most effective way of having conversations and building powerful relationships.

He has been a coach for over 20 years and has worked with a wide variety of organisations in the private and public sectors. He has a Doctorate and an MSc in coaching, and is closely involved in the training and accreditation of new coaches.


 
Lesley Roberts | Director, Brave Conversations.
Lesley enjoys working with individuals and teams, helping them create positive change in order to reach their goals. She has a passion for working with people outdoors, away from the constraints of the office, and benefiting from nature and exercise.

Lesley has an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge, a wide range of leadership development training, and is certified to use profiling tools such as MBTI, Firo, and the Ashridge AIMS 360 tool



Nick Robinson
| Director, NickRobinson.org
Nick Has been coaching professionally since 1999 with people in the private, public and third-sectors. He believes that leaders and their teams are at their absolute best when they can trust themselves, be authentic and inspire others.

Nick has qualifications in Chartered Accountancy (FCCA) and an MBA; as well as soft-skills qualifications as a Certified Professional Coach, NLP Masters and Newfield Mastery in Coaching.



Judith Underhill
| Director, Underhill and Associates.
Judith is a qualified Executive Coach, with over 20 years’ experience working with leaders in the public and private sectors. With a strong business background she can link the strategic perspective of an organisation to the wider system with ease and clarity.

Judith is accredited by the Association for Professional Coaches and Supervisors, has an MSc in Change Agent Skills and Strategies, and is a Graduate and Professional Associate of the Gestalt International Study Centre. She is qualified to deliver the DISC profiling tool, Belbin team roles, and Lumina Spark profiling.



Eamonn Ward 
| Independent Coach and Consultant.
Eamonn has over 30 years’ experience in organisations ranging from family owned businesses to multinational corporations.  His primary expertise lies in the coaching and development of managers and leaders at all levels to reach their fullest potential. 

Eamonn has a Diploma, Bachelor and Masters degrees in Business Studies, and an MSc in Executive Coaching. He has operated at European board level for over 10 years and has skills in all areas of recruitment, leadership development, and organisational change.
